1. Do you build custom sized furniture?
Yes we custom build to fit your room.
2. Once I place a order how long does it take?
It depends upon what we are building for you
3. What kind of wood do you use?
We usually use oak but can build it with what ever you like.
4. What is guaranteed?
There is a life time warranty on against cracking, warping, spindles coming loose, and even against stains.
5. If I buy something now can I add additional pieces later?
Yes. We keep on file what you have ordered as well as the colour so we can match up to what you already have.
6. Do you make the furniture?
We make all of the furniture in Kyle Sk. with the exception of the chairs. The are made in Wallenstein Ontario by
Martins chairs for us we then stain them to match.
7. Refunds?
At this time we do not offer full money back refunds. in store credit only as the deposit goes right to buying the material.
